Lotus Notes Crashes or Hangs Randomly When Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On 220.127.116.11.1 Installed

On : 22.214.171.124.1 version, Logon Manager
Lotus Notes is crashing or freezing randomly with Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On 126.96.36.199.1 installed on Windows 10.
The issue does not reproduce and the Lotus Notes functionality is restored after removing ESSO Logon Manager.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Install ESSO 188.8.131.52.1 on windows 10 with Lotus Notes 9.0
- Lotus Notes will freeze up randomly.
- Remove ESSO and the problem resolves.
