OUD | OrclSourceModifyTimeStamp Attribute Allowed Duplicate Entries

When a password update is attempted the below error is observed / generated in the OUD logs:

javax.naming.directory.SchemaViolationException: [LDAP: error code 65 - Entry cn=username, dc=example,dc=com cannot not be modified because the resulting entry would have violated the server schema: Entry cn=username, dc=example,dc=com violates the Directory Server schema configuration because it includes multiple values for attribute orclSourceModifyTimeStamp, which is defined as a single-valued attribute]; remaining name 'cn=username, dc=example,dc=com'
  at com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtx.mapErrorCode(LdapCtx.java:3098)
  at com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtx.processReturnCode(LdapCtx.java:3013)

The attribute "orclSourceModifyTimeStamp" is defined as a single-valued attribute.

It can also be observed that users have duplicate entries of orclSourceModifyTimeStamp.
