OEMM Hangs while Harvesting a Qlikview File (Doc ID 2327015.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Enterprise Metadata Management (OEMM) 12.2.1.2, when harvesting from QlikView, the import hangs and there is no activity for the MIMB.exe or QV.EXE.

The following error is observed in the import log:
