Symptoms

When applying a WebLogic Server (WLS) (Patch 26519400: WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.1.171017) to an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.1 Enterprise installation, the operation is failing with the following error:

 The same patch can be applied successfully in other WLS environments.
