Symptoms

When running purge or Auto-purge getting the following error. ORA-01031: insufficient privileges ORA-06512: at "BPM_SOAINFRA.SOA", line 673 ORA-06512: at "BPM_SOAINFRA.SOA", line 2969 ORA-06512: at "BPM_SOAINFRA.SOA", line 1856
The error happens when executing the
alter session set events '10046 trace name context off'
