Symptoms

User received CVE-2017-10269 alert notification and downloaded the patch for Windows x64 platform using the link from the notification.  However, after user installed the patch they found a new directory tuxedo12.1.3.0.0_VS2010 is created under %ORACLE_HOME% directory, and the correct %TUXDIR% was not updated.
