OID 12c 12.2.1.3.0 Alert Log Total Time and OPTime Values are Swapped / TotalTime Value Shows Smaller Than OPTime Value

Symptoms
In Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12c 12.2.1.3.0, alert logs for outlier entries, there are Total Time, OPTime, QTime, DBTime, etc. For example:

The Total Time value shows smaller than OPTime value, which is wrong.
The correct relationship is TotalTime = OPTime + QTime, but for Search operations only, this relationship does not hold and is shown incorrectly.
