Connector Version: EBusiness Suite UM 9.1.0.7.14
OIM Version: 11.1.2.2.0

While trying to provision user from OIM to EBS getting following exception.

In EBS target, the SIGNON_PASSWORD_HARD_TO_GUESS parameter is set to Yes. If this parameter is set to NO, then connector provisioning works properly.
