LIBTUX_CAT:577 Logged In ULOG When Tried To Use "tmadmin" Sub-Command "boot -A" (Doc ID 2329570.1)

Symptoms

When user issued sub-command "boot -A" using tmadmin, user saw the following error message logged in Tuxedo ULOG.
