On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, iAS Installation

When attempting to install OSB 12.2.1.3 following error occurs

ERROR

com.oracle.cie.gdr.external.InventoryException: com.oracle.cie.gdr.utils.GdrException: The gdr meta-data directory <your/inventory/folder> is invalid or does not exist.
