Logdump Does Not Show Some Numeric Data In the Right Side

Symptoms

While working on OGG, the logdump output doesn't show the ascii for some of the numeric datatype.

Case 1:

where there are values for the columns, it is displayed as ...... .

Case 2 :

Here in another case , Number(2) datatype does not show the value and datatype with NUMBER shows the value.
