SSL Errors when trying to Select Goal for AB Tests configured with Google Analytics: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: General SSLEngine problem


Steps to reproduce issue:
WebCenter Sites is configured for AB Testing to use Google Analytics:

  - Loaded a page, which has the AB Test setup.
  - clicked the AB Test button.
  - Create a new test.
  - In the Criteria tab, clicked the Select Goal button:
  - The Goals popup displays, but does not show any goals.

In the sites.log, the following error was output:
