Goal

After all insecure cipher suites in iPlanet Web Server 7.0.23 being disabled, the remaining ciphers are not supported by the latest Chrome (61.0.3163.100) or Firefox (56.0) which both return the error:

"The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite."
