Is it Possible to Use the Records Global Update Tool to Update Parent Framework Folders for Specific Items? (Doc ID 2330960.1)

Goal

When using the Records Global Update tool to update parent framework folders for specific items, the following error occurs:

Unable to execute service PERFORM_SEARCH_AND_TAG_SUB and function getSNTSearchResults.

The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged.

 

Event generated by user 'weblogic' at host 'ManagedServer:16300'. Unable to execute service PERFORM_SEARCH_AND_TAG_SUB and function getSNTSearchResults.

Encountered an exception while executing a query. java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "XPARENTFOLDERS": invalid identifier. csJdbcGenericErrorWithCode(ORA-00904) [ Details ]
