 This document is written to understand the scenarios when <BEA-149205> and <BEA-001129> is logged.

Occasionally when there is a database connectivity issue during a Weblogic server restart ,  it can be seen that in some scenarios and error message <BEA-149205>  as given below is seen

 The root cause for both the error stack shows the same: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection at WebLogic booting time.
