SecurityInitializationException <BEA-090403> <Authentication for User WebLogic Denied> After User '<USER>' Password Change (Doc ID 2331063.1)

Followed Oracle's instructions from the below link in order to change the '<USER>' user's password:

  How to Change the <USER> Server Administrator Password (<Note 1082299.1>)

After the first steps:

1. Start the Admin Server and log into /console.
2. Go to page: Home > Summary of Security Realms > myrealm > Users and Groups > <USER>. and click on tab Passwords.
3. Enter the new Password.
4. Restart the server.

Restarted the Admin Server but during the startup, the following error popped up:

Then, the next steps were followed as described in the “IF YOU DON'T KNOW CURRENT PASSWORD” to reset (to the new) password.
But there was no file as described in the solution steps.

Since nothing seemed to be working, the password got reverted back (using steps described in the “IF YOU DON'T KNOW CURRENT PASSWORD”) to the old value and the servers got started, but noticed that all other accounts but '<USER>' were lost.
