Symptoms
When user applied RP100 onto Windows and it failed with the following error message:
Using user-defined value, OPatch will treat this system as platform ID '233'.
Prerequisite check "CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables" failed.

TUXHOME\tuxedo12.1.3.0.0_VS2012\bin\msvcp110.dll
TUXHOME\tuxedo12.1.3.0.0_VS2012\bin\msvcr110.dll
Log file location: TUXHOME\cfgtoollogs\opatch\opatch2017-11-20_18-50-28PM_1.log
Recommended actions: OPatch needs to modify files which are being used by some processes.
