Symptoms

In a SOA domain installation, managed server suddenly fail to start.

When issuing java weblogic.version command, it fails with:

Error: A JNI error has occurred , please check your installation and try again
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/glassfish/hk2/api/Filter
