JBO-29000: Unexpected Exception Caught: Java.util.ConcurrentModificationException When Opening View Object and Navigating to View Criteria

When opening a view object and navigating to view criteria (AdvancedSeaarchCriteria and SingleFieldSearchCriteria), the following error is received:

 at oracle.jbo.dt.objects.JboNamedObject.cloneObject(JboNamedObject.java:2322)
 at oracle.jbo.dt.ui.main.DtuUtil.cloneObject(DtuUtil.java:737)

<Patch 22046170> was tried to be installed,  but OPatch states the patch is not needed.
