Symptoms
We have an issue about oam configurations
In "Federation --> Identity Provider Managment" section, if we create a new service provider, when we try upload the file metadata the operation will be unsuccessful.
Specifically, the page is recharged, all filled fields are cleared, and the metadata file isn't loaded.
There are no errors in oam logs. The only error we see is the http request to this object
