After Customizing the 'Error Encountered' Page the 'Contribute' Option is Displayed (Doc ID 2332586.1)

Symptoms

After customizing the 'Error Encountered' page, it now shows the 'Contribute' option. User should not see the 'Contribute' option. The original 'Error Encountered' page did not display the 'Contribute' option.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access WCP

2. Navigate to Administration > System Pages

3. Click on customize for the 'Error Encountered' page

4. Click on the icon for page properties

5. Remove the pg_pageTemplateID (for example, remove gsrf46ab24b_1153_4069_b82f_25ac1bda5b13)

6. Save the changes

7. View the 'Error Encountered' page

8. 'Error Encountered' page now shows the 'Contribute' option
