EJB Applications Deployed in WLS Environment Are Throwing Exception: "Both PartitionName And PartitionURL Are NULL"

On : version, when attempting to call an EJB application, the following error occurs.

The issue only occurs after upgrading to WLS from WLS 12.1.3 and the issue does not exist in WLS 12.1.3.
