Symptoms

Enterprise Capture Email batches are imported repeatedly, with the Batch ID increasing, but are never completed, so cannot be indexed. Log files and Client showing the same email being processed repeatedly, but never deleted from the email inbox.

Environment moved to a new corporate email server
