Symptoms

opmnctl redeploy command fails with Error "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.Deployer" in provision.log.

Command used:
opmnctl redeploy -adminHost <hostname> -adminPort <port> -adminUsername <user>
 
Result:
Command requires login to weblogic admin server (localhost):
Username: <user>
Password:
Redeploying NonJ2EEManagement Application...Done
Command failed: NonJ2EEManagement Applicationdeployment failed.
Details are logged in [ORACLE_INSTANCE]/diagnostics/logs/OPMN/opmn/provision.log
opmnctl redeploy: failed.
