While Trying To Test An Application Module From JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.0 It Fails With Error "CreateProcess Error=206, The Filename Or Extension Is Too Long" During Project Compilation (Doc ID 2333019.1)

While trying to test an ADF application through the Application Module Tester from JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.0, it fails with error :

"[JDEV_INSTALL_DIR]\oracle_common\jdk\bin\javaw.exe" (in directory ...) CreateProcess error=206, The filename or extension is too long

As a consequence the project cannot be compiled and tested from the Application Module Tester.
