Goal

The external service is from a provider outside the organization where the client is located.
The Web Service was implemented in Java and only the WS-Security security protocol with Signature and Timestamp configuration is to be used.

The certificate has been provided. Which OWSM policy which only includes the WSS Timestamp header and Signature can be used so that the request that goes to the external service is configured as requested by the provider.
