GoldeGate Replicat process failing with error:
2017-10-31 13:29:28 ERROR OGG-03533 Conversion from character set <charset name>
of source column <column name>
to character set <charset name> of target column <column name>
failed because the source column contains
a character 'xx' at offset x that is not available in the target character set.
