Symptoms
On : Tuxedo Version 11.1.1.2.0, 32-bit, Patch Level 176 for Oracle Solaris 11.1 on SPARC (32-bit)
Upgraded test environment from Tuxedo 10 to Tuxedo 11.
Tuxedo MP configuration, restarted non-master node and the Tuxedo tlisten process gets the LIBTUX_CAT:270 error during the boot up of application server processes configured for the non-master node:
For every Tuxedo non-master node restart, the number of open files (mostly fifos) increased by about 140 on the non-maste every restart until the error occurred.
The open file handles were not removed after a shutdown. The master open files grew temporarily during the boot, but decreased to a steady state of 6 by the end of the boot.
