Symptoms

LDAP Adapter Polls same record Multiple times

This is happening in Test, and Production from the start (it never worked) in Single Server environment (no Cluster)
The polling is triggered on BOTH Add and Modify
 The problem is that it does not Mark the records already polled keeps polling them. After 2 days the composite is failing.
