Symptoms

Customer is trying to add a new OAM managed servers to scale up in the cluster of OAM 11g domain that uses Coherence version 3.7.1.15. Customer told that he created new managed servers in the OAM domain and configuration is persisted to the OAM configuration file, oam-config.xml. However, newly added server start throws OAM Coherence error - This member is not authorized to join the cluster. Rejected by Member.
