Application Test Point in Console Shows Incorrect URL when Administration Port is Enabled

Symptoms
1. Create a simple domain with a managed server.
2. Enable administration port
3. Change "Local Administration Port Override" to another number than 9002, say "9003".
4. Deploy a web application
5. Login to Admin console. Open the application and go to Testing tab > Test Point .
You will see the testing point like https://<HOST_NAME>:9003/.....?WSDL
These test points with admin port 9003 do not work . It will throws "Error 404--Not Found".
