Symptoms

Customer reported this issue in the Coherence 12.2.1.2.1 and 12.2.1.0,4 domain/cluster. This issue was isolated while doing testing in the federation and persistence enabled domain/cluster. The InvokeAll request fails with com.tangosol.net.RequestIncompleteException: Partial failure reported after cluster restarts.
