The ADF Design Time (DT) version MUST match the ADF Run Time (RT) version.

That applies also to any eventual ADF patch: ADF Design Time (DT) and ADF Run Time (RT) MUST have the same ADF patches installed.

Failing to meet the above conditions may lead to unexpected unpredictable and undesired behaviors and it is not supportable.
