How to Force a WebLogic to Shutdown if Active Threads are Running (Doc ID 2335652.1)

Goal

stopWeblogic.sh by default wait for a active thread to complete, and doesn't resume shutdown until WebLogic Server detects the thread as stuck.

This is confirmed by stuck thread detection that BEA-000337 trigger stopWeblogic.sh to resume shutdown.
