Symptoms

User is creating an XQuery definition and wants to use fn-bea:execute-sql. When xquery is tested in JDeveloper, following error is received

file:pathToFile/abc.xqy, line 85, column 12: {http://www.w3.org/2005/xqt-errors}XPST0081: The prefix "fn-bea" used in the qualified name "fn-bea:execute-sql" can not be resolved
