Symptoms

On Oracle SaaS/On-premise Test Environment Release : 11.12.1.0.0:

When trying to connect the UCM Server on Oracle BI Publisher the following Error is received:

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Test connection should result in Success if all the on screen parameters and configuration has been done correctly.

WHAT IS WORKING
=================
Able to add UCM as a content delivery method.

Steps to reproduce:

Enter UCM details
Press Test connection
Get error
