List of Drive Letters Works Abnormally While Running WLS As a Windows Service (Doc ID 2336701.1)

Tried to list local and network drive letters by executing below snippet of Java code inside Weblogic Server.

It works fine when Weblogic server was started from script, it can find both local and network drive letters.

However, when Weblogic Server was installed as Windows service, it cannot list the network drives but only the local drivers.
