Symptoms

OAM Admin server failing to start after java upgrade with many coherence warnings

After upgrading JAVA from 1.6.0_115 to 1.6.0_161, OAM Admin server failed to start with below error.
Copied the security folder under /java/jre/lib from 1.6.0_115 to 1.6.0_171 admin server came to RUNNING state but there are a lot of coherence errors.

(thread=PacketListener1, member=n/a): TcpDatagramSocket{bind=ServerSocket[addr=/xxx.xx.xx.xxx,localport=9095]}, exception regarding peer xxxx.com/xxx.xx.xx.xxx:9095, General SSLEngine problem; Certificates do not conform to algorithm constraints; Algorithm constraints check failed on signature algorithm: MD5withRSA>
