Why Does WebLogic 12c Unicast Cluster Displaying Multiple Groups with Distinct Leaders (Doc ID 2337053.1)

Goal

In WebLogic 10.3.6, Unicast cluster of eight managed servers there is only one group of four managed servers and the senior most member is the leader. Only one leader is expected.

In case of WebLogic 12.1.3, there are many groups and leaders can be viewed from the following tab in WebLogic Console
