Unable to select 'Any' condition while creating vacation rules (Doc ID 2337088.1)

Goal

 In BPM workspace, Preferences-> Rules->Vacation rules-> My Rules ,when we create a new Rule ->Tasks (Task matching these conditions) and add some conditions, we are not able to select the "Any" option it is disabled by default.
