Symptoms
With Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c and Database User Management (DBUM) Connector version 11.1.1.8.0, the following error is shown while running the DBUM Role Lookup Recon Job:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OIG 12c and DBUM connector 11.1.1.8 version.
2. Try to execute any schedule job. Above error is shown in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) logs. User Interface (UI) it shows blank when we click show error details.
