Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c Role Lookup Reconciliation Job Does Not Work with Database User Management (DBUM) Connector (Doc ID 2337978.1)

With Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c and Database User Management (DBUM) Connector version, the following error is shown while running the DBUM Role Lookup Recon Job:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install OIG 12c and DBUM connector version.
2. Try to execute any schedule job.  Above error is shown in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) logs.  User Interface (UI) it shows blank when we click show error details.
