"Cannot proceed with reset password": Error When Trying To Recover Password From The Forgot Password Link In OIM with LDAP Sync (Doc ID 2338007.1)

When attempting to use the Forgot Password Functionality in OIM integrated with LDAP Sync, following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Click on OIM "Forgot Password" link
2. Enter User ID to reset the password
3. Error Occurs
