Many File Descriptor When Repeat Approving of Basic Assets Including CKEditor.

Symptoms
Every time approval is performed, open File descriptors will increase.
File descriptors will not be released until WebCenter Sites is restarted.
Due to this behavior, the system frequently encounters "Too many open files errors".
1. Login to the Contributor UI.
2. Enable basic asset type in your site.
3. Create new asset with using above type and enter all CKEditor fields and save.
4. Execute below command and counting the file descriptor and keeping this commands.
