BI Web Service Failing With UCM Delivery Option due to the WCCAuthor Tag in the SOAP Call (Doc ID 2339228.1)

Symptoms

On : FA REL 12 version,  BI Web Service Failing With UCM Delivery Option when using the BI web service ScheduleService v2(WSDL URL: https://<POD>.hcm.us8.oraclecloud.com/xmlpserver/services/v2/ScheduleService?wsdl),
the ScheduleServiceSoapBinding port, because the scheduleReport operation is adding by mistake the WCCAuthor value in the ContentID (alias dDocName) field, instead of leaving it empty to be populated by UCM automatically.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the scheduleReport operation SOAP call for the ScheduleServiceSoapBinding port of the ScheduleService v2 web service

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot schedule BI report having UCM as destination.
