Symptoms

Deployment operations take very long in production, sometimes even more than 20 minutes. Deployment operations should finish quickly enough, so it does not become disruptive on production system.

Due to this issue, whenever doing a production deployment, the time window has to be far from acceptable and therefore deployment process must halt until issue i resolved.
