Symptoms

New install of Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g.

Initially registering EBusiness Suite (EBS) with OID and Single Sign-On (SSO) worked before, allowing to register the single tier nodes against OID.

Now trying to deregister Ebiz fails.
