How Can Migrate AD Authentication Provider in Admin Console (Doc ID 2340266.1)

Goal

Q1) Created an AD Authentication Provider in the WLS Admin Console. When trying to migrate it, the migration option is not available for the AD Authentication Provider whereas the migration option is available for the Default Authenticator provider. Take a look at Admin Console Home >Summary of Security Realms >myrealm >Providers >DefaultAuthenticator > Migration tab

Is this expected? Is the migration not possible from WLS Admin Console for AD Authentication Provider ?

Q2) Need a way of migrating the AD authentication provider rather then re-enter the whole thing on each environment. There are over 9 environments and re-entering all the details each time will be error prone.
