12c Identity Service " lookupUser" returning incorrect response for "name" attribute (Doc ID 2340582.1)

Symptoms

When performing an user account lookup from the Identity Service of the SOA Human Workflow, entering the name of the account, the output displays first name and last name instead of the entered login ID of the account, like the following:

Entered name:

  user123

Output:

  name123 lastname123
