Symptoms

Unable to delete site: "error code returned in -12074. Error message is 0"

When attempting to delete a site in the WEM Admin UI, the following error is seen:
"Error There was an error while deleting {site name}. Error met when saving saite, error code returned in -12074. Error message is 0
