Unable to Access Procedure Created With INOUT on DB Through OHS 11G (Doc ID 2340633.1)

Created procedure with inout parameter on DB and access through OHS.
While accessing through mod_plsql it fails with error message

Accessing procedure created with inout on Oracle Database 11g or 12c through OHS fails with following error:

"The requested URL <DAD_NAME>/<PACKAGE_NAME.STORED_PROCEDURE_NAME_B> was not found."
